I'm new to using Adobe Audition. I watched the tutorial on the sound removal tool but fail to see how he got his screen set up in order to view the different frequencies in his sound wave. i took a screen shot of it but there's no attachment feature here so I will do my best to describe what it is I want.
I need certain audio sound effects for a Power Point presentation. I can extract them from a DVD after converting them to MPEG4-vidoe but the problem is the sound effect is overlaid with background music (think: a TV show). I want to remove the music from the clip. The clips I make in Move Maker and convert to MP3 are only about 6 to 10 seconds long.
I'm going to do my best to play around with this and buy some tutorials on Amazon and just keep poring over the program and the available help until I can actually succeed in what it is I'm trying to do here. This is how I learned Power Point; through a long and painful trial and error but it was well worth the effort.
Any pointers please send them my way. I'll be making frequent and useful purpose of this forum.Thank you.
