How to Remove Gym Lights Buzz

Hi All,

I recorded my dad's induction to the Hall of Fame at his high school gymnasium. Unfortunately, you can hear an annoying constant buzz, which I assume is from the gym's lights. What is the best way to remove the buzz without negatively effecting the quality of my dad's speech?
