Hi
I mistakenly decided to update my iMAC's OS from Yosemite to El Capitan. DISASTER! My audio interface's failed to be recognised and so i had to perform a system restore via Time Machine to put the iMac back to it's previously OK state.
However, whilst everything seemed ok, there are a bunch of Adobe Audition CS6 plug-ins which are 'missing' and cannot be loaded:
DeEsser
Mulitband Compressor
Single-band Compressor
Tube-modeled Compressor
Analog Delay
DeHummer
Convolution Reverb
Surround Reverb
Distortion
Guitar Suite
Mastering
Vocal Enhancer
ALL MISSING!!! They are listed but not selectable. I've tried rescanning the plug-ins folders to no avail...and now I'm stuck.
I get an error message when i open a multitrack session template which contains one of these plug-ins, and it says 'missing: multi band compressor' in the FX window of the channel.
Does anyone know;
A: Where to download the above plug-ins (they are the original from Adobe that are installed with AA)
B: Which folder to put them in once they are installed?
C: A alternative fix?
I have an old iMAC with AA still installed yet I cannot find the plug-ins anywhere!! I've tried the obvious plug-in folders in users & library directories but they're empty.
Any help greatly appreciated.
