Will this sound card works in 5.1 for audio editing?

Hello, I have haeavy budget problems so I can not buy expansive sound cards. So I have found this model that is less than 100 euro, its name is Creative Labs Sound Blaster Omni Surround 5.1.

I have Audition CS6, will I work in 5.1 with this sound card? I need to make 5.1 editing for short films (and study/exercise).

In alternative can you suggest another cheap 5.1 sound card (usb please)?
