Audition crashes on launch when I try to open the app
I updated using Creative Cloud to the latest version but this made no difference.
I then searched for a fix and I found this link Audition CS6, CC 2014 crashes on launch
This is what I did as per the Adobe solution page but it made no difference:
- Quit Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2014 and Audition CC 2014.
- Back up or archive /Applications/Adobe Audition CC 2014/Adobe Audition CC 2014.app/Contents/Frameworks/AdobeCoolType.framework.
- Copy the directory /Applications/Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2014/Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2014.app/Contents/Frameworks/AdobeCoolType.framework.
- Paste to the following location /Applications/Adobe Audition CC 2014/Adobe Audition CC 2014.app/Contents/Frameworks/AdobeCoolType.framework.
- Start Audition CC 2014.

Can anyone from Adobe help me please? I really need to use the Heal function in the software for a project I am currently working on.
I can provide a crash report - is there someone I can send it to?
