I would like to reopen the issue of UAD 2 not allowing one to bounce, with error message "UAD plugin has been disabled. DSP memory load exceeded." But my DPS says only 46% or even less. I have two UAD 2 cards. It seems to be random which sessions do this, it seems to make no sense, but the bottom line is that I am really sick of dealing with this problem. After hours of mixing *in front of clients*, I cannot do a bounce. Nor can I have any crossfades, but I'd be happy to be able to just do a bounce. Help.
UAD says the don't support Audition and I think this is unacceptable. Adobe and UAD should me mutually supportive, and why this isn't happening is a mystery to me.
I cannot work like this any more.
Is there anyone out there who can help?
Note: I do have CS6 5.0 build 708. I have missed a couple of patch updates, 5.2. Does this update address this problem?
Question regarding updating to 5.2 - Will I have to reinstall my VST plugins after updating? I'm mid-project and don't want to do anything major, but if not, and it will fix my problems, then I'll do it.
