When I first purchased Au3, I was able to access the HELP menu (located in the upper left side of the multi-track page above the scrub tool icon) which when activated, revealed a drop down menu listíng the categories:
Adobe Audition Help
Search
Keyboard Shortcuts
Glossary
Online Support
Registration (now greyed out!)
Activate (also greyed out!)
Transfer Activation
About Adobe Audition...
There used to be an excellent way to search the user manual for help when navigating around Au3 - for example the user could search a keyword or phrase i.e: Insert a bus... and the program would respond by revealing an associated paragraph or more from the user manual. Does anyone know why this very helpful function is now showing an "Unspecified error..." message? A pop up box appears that points to some issue with the Adobe Homepage. As I usually work offline, I don´t know why the search function within Adobe Audition Help can no longer be accessed. Aren´t the user manual and associated features listed under ´Help´ intrinsically part of the software and located in one of the installation folders somewhere? If anyone can help to solve this I would be very grateful. Thank you.
