I'm new to this game and find encoding formats frustrating in the extreme. I've taken footage on Canon 5dmkii that looks great (24fps 1080p) and was edited in premiere pro cs5. Any format I export it in looks garbage when played back on my puta. Any suggestions on what format has the least loss in resolution?
