If I want to replace the kick drum beat on a track from that of another file/audio, is that possible in audition?

What I'm really driving at is for e.g.in most word editors these days you can find and replace a particular word throughout the document. Can I do the same in the Spectral Display in Audition? Can I for e.g. remove a kick drum sound I don't like and replace it with another throughout the track.
