no sound on Multi Track clip

I just purchased CS6 as an upgrade from version 3 today.

All my sessions are in .ses files version 3

Why CS6 cannot open it's own older session files is just retarded (or I'm I missiong something)

So, I used Ses2Sesx by aatranslater that converts the ses to sesx.

However, any clip that is set as LOOP. The peaks displays as a line (or super zoomed in)

and will not play in the Multi-track view.

If I open the file in Editor it plays just fine.

If I turn off LOOP then turn LOOP back on, the peaks display but still no sound when played in multi-track view.

If I replace the file from the file panel the sound works. HOWEVER, I have hundreds of drum loops in my music.

I did this for just one song today and it took 5 hours to reset each drum loop.

I cannot justify playing or using this program if it cannot open my older sessions that have wave files set as LOOP.

Every program on earth is backward compartible but this stupid program.

Any answers or can I get my money back (purchased Feb 28 and posted March 1st 2015).
