Audition 3.0 won't start

After installing the trial version on my Vista system, Audition asks for it's temp drives. After that the following error message is displayed:
"Audition has encountered an error:
[\premiere 2.0\Libraries\Asl\Foundation\Src\PathUtils.cpp-741]"

And then Audition shuts down.

As I don't have Premiere, I don't know what to do.....
