How do I slow the audio for TTS agent

I've been using TTS agent to develop a couple of syntax scripts for steps to demo on a particular tool functionality. Below is an example of the  vtml code

<vtml_speed value="95">Step 1 Select Pricing. </vtml_speed>

<vtml_speed value="95">Step 2: Select Records </vtml_speed>

<vtml_speed value="95">Step 3: Select Search </vtml_speed>

When I view the project, the audio for this demo is quick and I'm wondering how can I use Audition to stretch and slow it down.

I did try and figure out different speed values by sharing the examples of audio with colleagues but 95 seems to be fine with me and other folks.

Any help or guidance is appreciated. Thanks.
