With the release of the newest verison of Audition, I was overjoyed to test out the new Sound Remover effect for Noise Reduction and Restoration. It is simply an amazing piece of technology, however it has one gigantic Achilles's heel that prevents it from being truely great. It doesn't have the 'Output Noise Only' option that the other tools have.
It completely boggles my mind why this wasn't included with it. There are so many times where I'd like to just hear what the Sound Remover is REMOVING instead of just what's left. As it stands right now if I want to do that, I have to use Sound Remover, and do an Inverted Mix Paste to see what's been taken out, which is extremely time consuming, especially when there could and should be an option to do that as is stands.
So please Adobe, in the next update (not full update, a small point release), please include this feature. Thank you.
